We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist our Members in a variety of areas.

Sears Holdings Customer Support Call Centers is our national support operation that provides inbound sales and services to members. The network manages more than 55 million customer calls, letters and e-mails each year. Our Call Centers offers employment opportunities that support a variety of our businesses, including appliance protection plan sales, store support, product repair scheduling, new product delivery and appliance parts sales. By providing paid, comprehensive system, product, and soft-skills training, customer contact agents are fully prepared to serve customers.
Job Description
Pay: Pay is $11.00 or $12.25/hr (Plus incentives for some groups) DOE and department hired for
Schedules: 30 - 40 hour per week schedules and are set schedules with extra hours available. Most positions include one weekend day. Hours between 6am and 9pm -Typically starting after 10am
Training: Full-time, Monday through Friday for 5-6 weeks

Qualifications
Qualifications:
*1 -2 yrs Customer Service Experience
*Sales/Negotiating Experience Preferred
*Excellent Computer Data Entry Skills
*Stable Job History
*Excellent Communication Skills
*High School Diploma or Equivalent *currently enrolled students are eligible
