• Support, mentor and manage the Account Executives in your team - currently this would be managing 2 highly driven and conscientious execs.
• Account management and strategy for clients, including campaign set-up, monitor, manage and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and other online media accounts
• Effective ad copywriting
• Setup and complete daily run rates in a timely manner with actionable insights
• Continued analysis of competitors and keywords to find new opportunities
• Provide regular and on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs
• Complete regular, timely and accurate ongoing maintenance and optimisation of accounts to ensure they meet objectives
• Provide clients with strategy recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Provide ongoing client servicing including communicating regular campaign progress updates to clients and providing prompt answers to any questions related to their advertising program
• The above will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email correspondence with clients, publishers and company partners
• Continually up-skilling your knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and online advertising

• 2+ years experience in Google Adwords and SEO, Paid Social, Social Media Marketing and Display, which includes campaign set up, management, optimisation and reporting
• Team leading/building/mentoring experience
• Strategic, analytical, yet creative mindset
• Google AdWords/Ads Certified
• Google Analytics experience
• A strong understanding of the digital landscape, including web, SEO, social media, advertising, marketing automation and emerging technologies
• Exceptional communicator, both internally/with the team and with clients
• Superb organisation skills which will allow for excellent and efficient project management and time management proficiencies
• Excellent team builder and educator
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation desirable but not essential 
• 2+ years experience managing and networking with Digital Marketing clients
• Excellent knowledge about Google Analytics, data, measuring and developing insights
• Approach all aspects of the business with a data-centric attitude and base decisions on insight and analytics
• Execute digital strategy in conjunction with insights to constantly optimise toward performance
• Rely on the use of site analytics platforms (GA) to develop insights and understand prospect browsing behaviour
• Understand existing audience data and develop segmentation and profiling of prospects in GA to improve media targeting
• Understand industry attribution models using GA and 3rd party ad serving tools like DCM
• Heavy usage of Microsoft Excel and Google Data Studio reports for analysis of campaign performance
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Data/Information Analysis (desirable)
