Job Description

As a Talent & Culture Advisor, you’ll work closely with other members of the Talent & Culture (T&C) team to deliver high-quality people services across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll contribute to recruitment, payroll processing, and the continuous improvement of our T&C operations.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Preparing employment contracts, variations, and related documentation
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating probation reviews and employment changes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS

Payroll & Administration

  • Processing of payroll
  • Reviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changes
  • Supporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controls
  • Contributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency

T&C Operations & Business Partnering Support

  • Providing day-to-day support to Talent & Culture Business Partners
  • Acting as a key regional contact for the team across global operations
  • Contributing to policy updates and process improvements
  • Supporting the delivery of people initiatives and projects across the business


HR Data & Reporting

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systems
  • Conducting regular data audits and validation checks
  • Generating HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and leadership reporting
  • Identifying trends and insights to inform process and policy improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience in a HR, Talent & Culture or people function
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Exposure to recruitment coordination and payroll processes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
