Location: Perth, WA / Sydney, NSW
Full-time
Workplace type: Hybrid
Join Sea to Summit and help power the digital engine behind a global outdoor brand trusted by adventurers worldwide.
As our Full Stack Web Developer — eCommerce & Integrations, you will play a critical role in shaping, building, and optimising our global Shopify ecosystem. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives spanning theme development, UX enhancements, performance optimisation, experimentation (A/B testing), analytics implementation, and cutting-edge integrations across our technology stack.
This is a hands-on role where your work directly improves the experience of customers across multiple regions. You’ll also contribute to integration workflows connecting Shopify with ERP systems, iPaaS platforms (e.g. Celigo and n8n), logistics partners, and external vendors — helping ensure our digital operations run smoothly at scale.
We’re looking for someone technically strong, detail-oriented, commercially curious, and excited about the future of eCommerce — particularly automation, AI, and emerging agentic commerce capabilities.
You’ll collaborate closely with our IT – Digital & eCommerce Development Lead, Global Web Coordinators, and cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver fast, stable, and scalable digital experiences. The role offers strong autonomy, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business.
If you thrive on solving complex problems, enjoy working independently, and want to grow with a forward-thinking global brand — this role is for you.

- Perform proactive website maintenance, performance optimisation, and code improvements to reduce technical debt and improve site speed and stability.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to scope, prioritise, and deliver development tasks using project management tools.
