Are you passionate about sales and thrive on building meaningful customer relationships? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record in sales, a knack for effective communication, and a passion for the bike and outdoor industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and customer care: Supporting and expanding our current customer base while acquiring new customers within the bike and outdoor sectors.
  • Consultation and service: Providing expert product advice to customers and developing customized solutions that align with their needs.
  • Sales promotion: Planning and executing sales and promotional activities, and participating in trade shows and events to showcase our products.
  • Market monitoring and analysis: Continuously monitoring market trends and competitors, and analyzing developments to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Team collaboration: Engaging in regular discussions on sales activities, customer feedback; Work collaboratively with internal teams (trade marketing, customer service) and external teams (sales agents)
  • Reach and exceed the sales targets within the assigned sales territory.
  • Travelling interstate might be required.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for sales: You are passionate about sales and possess a talent for developing sustainable sales strategies.

• Proven track record of sustainable sales success: You have a demonstrated history of achieving significant sales successes, ideally within the bike and outdoor industry.

• Empathetic and skilled: You are empathetic and highly competent, finding fulfillment in sales while empathizing with customer needs.

• Exceptional customer focus: Customer satisfaction is your priority, driving your actions with high self-motivation and resilience.

• Effective persuasive skills: You possess strong persuasion abilities, work in a goal-oriented manner, and thrive on autonomy and accountability.

• Sales-oriented personality: Your professional and engaging approach establishes you as a dependable partner and advisor, making you the primary point of contact for customers in your region.

• Open and communicative: You are open and communicative, equipped with excellent negotiation skills, and enjoy interacting with people.

• Proficient in German and English: You can have professional conversations in both languages.
