Job Description

As a Commercial Support Specialist at Scyne, you would be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and commercial support to internal stakeholders and our other teams.  The role is crucial for ensuring the efficient delivery of commercial activities and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

The position is open to candidates based in any Australian capital city, with a preference for Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding commercial queries.
  • Manage ServiceNow and Commercial Inbox queries
  • Provide commercial support throughout the project delivery lifecycle including project setup, delivery, and closure.
  • Assist internal stakeholders with job creation, timesheet submission compliance, invoicing, processing write-offs/ups and journals.
  • Ensure commercial activities compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

 

Qualifications

Ideally, you have some of the following:

  • A willingness to learn about internal finance and operations processes.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM platforms
  • Experience with analytical tools, including Excel and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
