Job Description
The Role and Responsibilities
- Cultivating and implementing a positive office culture.
- Harnessing your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Managing Directors inboxes, client support and billing management.
- Proactively planning and coordinating meetings, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts.
- Preparing and revising documents including, presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our organisations brand.
- Maintaining client contact information, including client feedback through Salesforce.
- Assisting with office administration functions.
- Opportunity for hybrid working (up to 2 days remote working).
Qualifications
About you
- You embrace new technologies/systems and are well-skilled in supporting colleagues and those you support, with adoption and effective use.
- You’re known for developing deep relationships and playing an integral role in the wider executive assistant community.
- The drive to work autonomously, as well as being part of a team.
- You have the drive to be extremely organised and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment, while having fun!
- Pride in your work goes to your brand. You consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, and accountability for actions.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and to meet tight deadlines and to think ahead on requests.
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce, Google and MS Office suites preferred.
