What does ISS stand for?

ISS stands for reliable, high-quality, and innovative services that enable our clients to get the most out of the working environment, workplace, and employees, thereby increasing job satisfaction and work happiness. ISS ensures focus on core activities by taking over, optimizing, and aligning secondary activities with financial, marketing, and/or HR objectives.

As a cleaning employee, you ensure that every space shines and smells fresh. You work in a pleasant team, where you contribute daily to a clean, safe working environment at a Dutch network company. At ISS, not only the quality of the work is central, but also your job satisfaction.

What will you do?

• You keep the location clean according to our standards.

• You work according to safety and environmental regulations.

• You ensure a good, personal relationship with colleagues and guests.

• You report any problems in the field of safety and quality directly to your supervisor.

• The working days are from Monday to Friday. The working hours are approximately between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the morning.

The location is a 5-minute walk from a bus stop.

Who are you?

• You have completed a (basic) cleaning training course or are willing to obtain it within your first year.

• You speak good Dutch (at least B1 level).

• You help people as you would like to be helped yourself: well and with attention.

What makes your new job great?

• A good salary: A basic hourly wage from €14. We pay this out every four weeks.

• Year-end bonus: 5% of your annual salary.

• 26 vacation days and free on your birthday. The vacation days are based on 38 hours. You always have an extra day off on your birthday.

• Travel allowance. You receive a travel allowance if you have to travel more than 10 kilometers from home to work.
