Location: Utrecht
Hours per week: 6-36 hours
As a delivery driver, you will deliver and connect washing machines and refrigerators together with a colleague. You drive our blue van and have had a driver's license for at least 2 years. Every day you explore new routes with your buddy and give customers a smile. You are active and enjoy a great working atmosphere.

Getting 💶

Hours guarantee. You will always be paid for the hours stated on your contract
A salary of €17.86 per hour worked. You will receive a basic hourly wage of €15.04 with an additional €1.50 allowance and 8% holiday pay. Holiday pay will be paid annually in May.
€2.50 net lunch money per working day and up to €500 discount at Coolblue.
26 vacation days based on a 36-hour contract. If you promise to come back.
Unprecedentedly good working atmosphere. With cool team outings, such as Mudmasters and CoolblueVoetbalt.
A flying start with a 7-month contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
Trainings to continue to develop yourself and grow. For example to Installer or Team Leader.

When can I work?
You can work for us from Monday to Sunday.
During the week, the morning shift starts between 7:00 and 9:00. The afternoon shift starts at 13:00.
In the weekend you start between 7:00 and 10:00.
Please note! You must be able to reach our depot on time with your own transport or public transport.

Want to know in advance when you work?

Choose your basic schedule together with our planner. In this basic schedule, you work at least 2 weekend days every 4 weeks. More is always allowed. Do you work at least 4 days? Then you work 4 or more evening shifts every 4 weeks. Does every week look different for you? Then choose to indicate your availability weekly. You work at least 1 weekend day per week.
Do you want to work more or swap a day? Then you can easily arrange this in our app.

Can I combine this work well with my family, sports and/or studies?
Yes. You coordinate your schedule with our planners. If something changes in your life, we will discuss it. We are also flexible if you want to work other days or less.

When can I start?
This is going really fast! After you have applied, you can start within 1 week. You can also wait longer, as long as you can start within 3 months after your job interview.

Can I grow?
Yes, definitely! For example, to Installation Installer, Solar Panel Installer or Team Leader. This way you grow in your work and your salary too.

Will I get work clothes?
Yes, you will receive a set of work clothes from Coolblue on your first day. For example, you will receive shirts, pants and a jacket. In addition, you will receive cut-resistant gloves with grip and safety shoes. With a clothing account, you can order additional clothing if necessary.

Can I go on the bus with a regular colleague?
No, we don't work with regular couples. This way you get to know different colleagues. Nice!

Can I work as a Delivery Person or Co-Driver without a driver's license?
No, this is not possible. Even as a Co-Driver it is important to have a valid Driver's License B. This way you can always take over the wheel from the Driver on the road if necessary.

The words simply amaze appear to be contradictory, but describe exactly who we are as Coolblue: both unconventional and down-to-earth. The term simply speaks volumes. We have simply built a straightforward website where customers can quickly and easily place an order. We then simply package that order in a bag or box and simply ship it to our customers. For free, of course. Amaze means that we need to exceed expectations and that we need to go the extra mile to surprise our customers, to make them smile. A smile might be a common gesture, but it often requires something amazing.
