Summary of Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, ensuring the timely replenishment of products to support our stores.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist in unloading trucks and moving merchandise to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Organize and store products in an orderly manner to optimize space and efficiency.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold a high level of integrity and honesty when handling company assets and inventory.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Basic math skills to assist with inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of integrity and honesty; will be responsible for handling merchandise and equipment.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
