Job Description
Role Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for clients through active listening, building rapport, and communicating in a timely manner
- Serve as the liaison between the client and ScientiaMobile during their trial periods with our services, ensure satisfaction and work diligently to resolve areas of improvement
- Responsible for building a fostering a relationship with the client that promotes customer retention and loyalty
- Learn and be familiar with company services and mission
- Collaborate with sales and engineering team to create a seamless customer experience and problem solve and resolve any support issues as they arise
- Be organized and self motivated to maintain client relationships and communication with scheduled check-ins and follow ups
- Performs duties as assigned
Qualifications
Desired Experience and About You:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experience in customer service and relations, or the equivalent combination in education and experience
- MS Office experience required
- Well organized and ability to work under minimum supervision and collaborate with members of different departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Have technical aptitude and ability to learn software and stay up to date in latest tech industry news - you are tech savvy
Additional Information
Base Pay
- Base pay starts at $45,000 with an uncapped compensation plan.
