Schumacher Electric Corporation manufactures and internationally markets a full range of power conversion products, including, but not limited to, battery chargers, inverters, jump starters and batteries. There are two divisions of Schumacher Electric Corporation. The Consumer Products division which directly manufactures, markets, and sells battery chargers, along with other power conversion products, such as testers, inverters, jump starters, and battery charging accessories to mass merchandisers, discounters, retailers, and the automotive aftermarket. The Business Products division manufactures and sells custom transformers. 

Position Overview:

• Schumacher Electric Corporation, the industry leader of battery chargers in the automotive aftermarket and private sector, is seeking an SQL Database Administrator with some ERP experience.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support ERP and related applications.

• Build and maintain custom built applications.

• Manage ticketing queue for errors, issues and enhancement requests.  This includes providing access, creating and maintaining reports, creating and maintaining workflows and other efficiencies.

• Work with ERP and Business Analysts on project log so projects are completed on time.

• Assist end users with data analysis needs.

• Create needs analysis reports.

• SSRS report maintenance and creation.

• Ability to create and maintain Excel Data pivots using ODBC.

• Process Documentation.

• Responsible for SQL backups, maintenance and recovery.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to create and maintain Crystal Reports V10.
• Ability to create and maintain SSRS Reports.
• SQL Query knowledge (SQL 2008, SQL 2012).
• Excellent team work and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to learn applications and processes quickly, while adaptable to change.
• Responsible individual that is able to take ownership and be held accountable with daily tasks and projects.

• SSRS
• SSIS
• ETL
• MS Office - Excel pivots
• Some VB knowledge or exposure
• Bachelor’s Degree
