You will report to the Group CFO.

What you will do :

  • Act as the central pricing lead, defining the pricing strategy, standards, and operating cadence while enabling execution through local pricing representatives.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are adapted to local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer segments in partnership with regional and local teams.
  • Comfortable balancing value-based logic with pragmatic execution (commercial reality, tender dynamics, channel differences, and competitive pressure)
  • Provide pricing guidance for strategic tenders and large project opportunities, including margin scenarios, risk assessments, and escalation recommendations.
  • Build and animate a community of local pricing owners across subsidiaries, ensuring regular sharing of pricing performance, market feedback, best practices and adoption challenges.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and positioning across regions in cooperation with the Business Segment Managers
  • Support new product or service launches with pricing recommendations
  • Train Sales and Commercial teams on pricing tools, logic, and negotiation.

Analytical and tool-driven profile

  • Able to Identify and quantify margin leakage across the pricing waterfall, including discounting, rebates, special conditions, cost changes, freight, small orders, options and non-standard exceptions.
  • Leverage BI and pricing analytics tools to monitor pricing performance, identify trends, and support fact-based decision-making.

Governance and process leadership
