• Communicating with partners regarding order fulfillment, readiness for shipment, production delays, and changes in delivery schedules and timelines

• Ensuring the receipt of permits for customs clearance (quarantine, environmental, radiological, sanitary inspection) as required by applicable legislation

• Maintaining records of the execution of all foreign economic contracts related to the export/import of the company's products and goods under contracts

• Preparing materials for concluding contracts with foreign companies and organizing the registration of foreign economic contracts with registration authorities when required by law

• Organizing transport and logistics services for the delivery of materials and goods, determining the type of transport, method of delivery, and transportation routes to ensure timely fulfillment of orders; planning transportation processes in coordination with warehouse and production processes based on needs

• Handling requests for non-standard shipments, analyzing and selecting the best offers from carriers

• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher

• Experience working with 1C software

• Confident PC user (MS Office, Internet)

• Knowledge of business communication etiquette

• Result-oriented

• Ability to set and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work with large volumes of information

• Ability to seek and propose solutions

• Stress resistance

• Multitasking skills — ability to quickly switch between tasks

• Proactive, communicative, and initiative-driven
