Currently, we are looking for a Senior Accoutant to be part of our global team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces. As Senior Accoutant, you will be part of the Accouting Team (5 people).

What you will do :

In the ERP system D365, for Schréder SA (Headquarters of the Schréder Group, with multiple VAT numbers within Europe) :

In charge of the Accounts payables related tasks

• Process of the AP non-Trade, Trade and Fixed Assets invoices
• Process of the Pre-payments request 
• Follow-up of the automated (LRD) Intercos transactions on a daily base
• Follow-up of the AP related requests 

In charge of the Accounts receivables related tasks

• Calculation of the Management fees and Royalties to be invoiced
• Creation of the sales invoices for non-Trade transactions
• Monitoring of the AR ageing balances and of the open items (clearings, statements, …)
• Customer creation in D365

Banks and Treasury :

• Preparation of the payment runs
• Cash-flow preparation

Participation to the month-end close

• Accruals (suppliers invoices to be received, and other accruals)
• Allocations for the invoices
• Back-up for the other closes tasks

Monthly reporting in the tool

Audits

• Preparation of the supporting documents for the audits
• Answers to the auditors when necessary.

Support to the team for all the other tasks

Skills Requested

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar experience
• Experience in multiple VAT numbers is an asset
• Proven experience in similar function (minimum 10 years)
• Fluent in English
• A good team spirit and results-oriented
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous
• Analytical skills
