We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys cleaning and doing floor maintenance in a school facility in the Green Hills area (Nashville)

Responsibilities: 

• Follow company and customers policies, and follow supervisor instructions
• perform routine cleaning tasks that include, but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, classrooms, libraries, gymnasiums, cafeteria, emptying trash, picking up debris from grounds
• event setup/cleanup (moving furniture and setups assemblies)
• floor/carpet maintenance work expected during school breaks (carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, buffing, stripping and finishing)

Regular Hours: 40 hours per week;  Mondays through Fridays
             from 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm  
             opportunity to work more hours

Compensation

$13.00 per hour plus some Benefits for part-time employed (under 30 hours per week)

• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs
• Commercial cleaning, preferible experience working on school facilities
• Experience cleaning School Gymnasiums (a plus)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lifting and pushing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, or customers in English is a plus.
• Able to comply with the criminal background check required to work in facilities around children
• Ability to comply with School Covid19 masking, testing, and vaccination policies and requirements to work in the campus.

• Must have reliable transportation 
• Able to work on a smoke-free environment
• able to use smartphone to clock online based timesheets
