We are looking for an experienced service technician capable of working in light commercial and residential/ plumbing.  Must have 7+ years in the trade in order to meet the service needs of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, diagnose and repair residential/light commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
• Plumbing repair work; including commercial toilet repair and install, sink valve repairs/replacements, sink installs, and electric and gas water heaters..
• Complete service and inspection reports, timesheets and other required documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines
   

•  7+ years of experience in commercial Plumbing trade is required
• Experience repairing backflow preventers and irrigation systems a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive a company vehicle
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends when occasionally required.  Very little overtime. 
• Must be able to pass the criminal background check required to work in educational facilities with children present

 Physical:

• This employment expects about 25% outdoor - 75% indoor work and typically requires long periods of standing
• Must be able to work on lifts, scaffolding, tall ladders and also in crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
   

Compensation:

• $30/hr
• Full time: 40 hrs. Mon- Fri.; with occasional weekend responsibilities.
