Job Description
We are currently looking for an individual with an exceptional customer service attitude and basic technical skills to fill a full-time position Evening Maintenance Technician on the site of one of our customers in the midtown area of Nashville.
Work Hours:
- 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- On-site weekend responsibilities once every 5 weekends, Possible OT
- Work during special events will occur outside of and in addition to those mentioned above.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down and being on site for all home football games. Possible OT
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with evening events; helping with setups and responding to customer needs
- Receive and respond to requests from building occupants and enter data into the work order system
- Self-perform basic maintenance tasks
- Supervise evening custodial crew
- Proactively evaluate potential problems and respond appropriately
- Establish and complete routine inspections; maintain purchase procedures for maintenance, cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordination and supervision of outside contractors
- Work closely with campus security and on-site supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience working in facility management preferred; supervisory and management experience a plus
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and other online programs
- Technical experience applicable to facility buildings and systems
- Flexibility to accommodate work schedule based on customer needs
- Must be able to pass TBI background check

- Work will be both indoor and outdoor and require long periods of movement and activity.
- This employment typically requires: climbing, reaching, standing, walking, and grasping, work environments may be noisy and include repetitive motions

Compensation:
$18.50 per hour
