Retention Bonus of $100 after 60 days of employment.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individuals to fill a full-time  or part-time janitorial position at a school in Bell Buckle Tn. 

Full-time hours: Mondays - Fridays (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)  
Part-time hours: 
 Available as minimum of 20 hours/week (four hours per night).  Up to 30 hours/week (six hours per night).  The start time will be discussed at the interview.  

       Year-round employment
        Occasional weekend cleaning during and after large events.  
        OT after 40 hours weekly

Job Responsibilities
Basic cleaning tasks include, but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, picking up debris from grounds, floor and carpet maintenance, washing windows, and doing laundry.

Event set-ups include, but not limited to receiving and organizing delivery of packages, moving furniture around campus, setting-up and striking events functions, moving tables and chairs.

Qualifications

  • Responsible and customer service oriented
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to comply with physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. 
  • Ability to lifting and pushing up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, or customers in English is a plus.
  • Able to comply with the criminal background check required to work in facilities around children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to work weekends 

Additional Information

Compensation:
$13/hr +  incentive bonus (semi-annual)
