We are looking for an experienced service technician capable of working in residential/light commercial plumbing while also providing basic maintenance services to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help with plumbing repair work; including commercial toilet repair and install, sink valve repairs/replacements, and sink installs.
• Complete service and inspection reports, timesheets and other required documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines
   

• 2+ years of experience in commercial Plumbing trades is required
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive a company vehicle
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends when occasionally required.  Very little overtime. 
• Must be able to pass the criminal background check required to work in educational facilities with children present

Physical:

• This employment expects about 50% outdoor - 50% indoor work and typically requires long periods of standing
• Must be able to work on lifts, scaffolding, tall ladders and also in crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
   

Compensation:
$20.00/hr

Full time:
40 hrs. Mon- Fri with occasional weekend responsibilities.
