Job Description
- Develop an effective working relationship with your assigned clients and respond to the needs of each client as they onboard into the Firm.
- Clearly communicate to assigned clients the information clients need to have, such as directions, scheduled times, appointments with staff, etc.
- Encourage and cultivate new clients through service, accurate and organized follow-through, and exceptional service, creating a top quality client experience.
- Identify and develop marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research & development appropriations, or (ROI) return-on-investment and (P&L) profit and loss projections.
- Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color or packaging of marketing products or services.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and products, lines or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.
- Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
- Develop content and design monthly newsletters.
- Manage Social Media pages, Google and advertising campaigns._
Other Responsibilities/General:
- Attend all meetings as required.
- Follow the established procedures and best practices of the Company to ensure consistency and quality.
- Present improvement ideas and suggestions as opportunities arise.
- Perform as a team player and provide assistance to other team members willingly.
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent and verifiable office experience in a marketing/advertising position or a Degree in related field is required.
- Legal, Real Estate, Banking industry experience is strongly preferred; service, administrative, or marketing backgrounds with appointment-setting experience are also acceptable.
- Experience using Salesforce and QuickBooks software is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel; and with email and web-based programs is required.
- Google Ad-Words experience is a must.
- Must have a verifiable record of successful customer service experience and ability to work well with others.
- High level of personal integrity and ethics; positive outlook; maturity and good judgment; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must possess a high level of detail orientation and accuracy.
- Must be flexible and able to handle changing priorities throughout the day.
- Must be able to work and behave professionally under pressure in a demanding work environment.
- Must be adaptable to rapidly changing business priorities and conditions.
- This is a full-time position.
