What will your role be? 

We are looking for a PAM & IAM Specialist to perform the following activities: 

• Define and maintain IAM/PAM policies, standards and governance.
• Govern identity lifecycle and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Define access requirements for critical systems and privileged accounts.
• Oversee PAM controls, including MFA, privileged/service accounts and break-glass accounts.
• Coordinate User Access Reviews and monitor excessive privilege risks.
• Define IAM/PAM KPIs and monitor PAM coverage of critical systems.
• Challenge IAM/PAM architectures and integrate security requirements into IT projects.
• Support NIS2, ISO 27001 audits and remediation activities.

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM or Information Security.
• Strong understanding of modern IAM architectures.
• Good knowledge of MFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, LDAP/AD and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience with PAM solutions.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
• Knowledge of NIS2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, application and audit teams.
