Job Description

This job requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to grow in this position in preparation for potential expanded roles with additional leadership and responsibilities:

Initial duties include.

  • Performance tracking, promotional planning and execution, utility program leadership and managing NPI pipeline and forecasting for Target and Best Buy.
  • Gather data and conduct analysis of utility programs across key accounts. Manage RFP process and monthly reporting for 60+ utilities.
  • Assist the Sales Account Manager in identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Work directly with sales leadership and customers on key projects, promotions and events to grow sales and train associates
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadline in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience or Co-op experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Must be within driving range of Minnesapolis, Minnesota for customer headquarters.
