JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee all functions of project construction
• Hold meetings with subcontractors
• Create and maintain project schedule
• Managing daily activities of subcontractors
• Handling inspections for projects
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant job site
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience as commercial construction superintendent
• Must be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology
• Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Procore
• Must have a valid Drivers’ License
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and self motivated
