Job Title: NICE Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

· 7 + years of relevant IT experience in NICE v3.1/4.1 systems (mandatory)

· Experience with call and voice recordings systems.

· Awareness of maintenance activities/health checks for NICE systems and NICE perform applications.

· Experience of handling various production support roles (technical – L1/L2/L3) and hands-on experience in using at least 2-3 widely used Monitoring / Scheduling tools.

· Experience in incident and problem management and the ability to identify cross functional or technical issues and trouble shooting skills.

· Ability to be flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to development & infrastructure releases.
