Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for 3D Printers to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the rapidly evolving 3D printing industry.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D printing technologies and applications
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent pre-sales and post-sales support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the 3D printing or related technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • In-depth knowledge of 3D printing technology and market trends
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team
  • Strategic planning and forecasting abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with a motivational and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Sales certifications are a plus
