Job Description
As the Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Santen operates, collaborates, and evolves across the region. This is a high-impact position for a strategic and hands-on professional passionate about enabling organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable change.
You will lead initiatives that strengthen organizational health, enhance ways of working, and drive leadership and team effectiveness across diverse markets and functions. Leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, you will translate business strategy into practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and accelerate execution.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor and change partner, helping teams navigate transformation, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Through your expertise in change enablement and organizational effectiveness, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of Santen’s strategic priorities across the EMEA region.
What you will do
Shape and drive the organizational effectiveness agenda across EMEA, enhancing organizational health, collaboration, decision-making, and ways of working in support of business strategy.
Lead organizational diagnostics by leveraging engagement data, people analytics, and business insights to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities across the region.
Translate data and insights into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen organizational performance and support strategic business objectives.
Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to design and implement organizational transformation initiatives that enable sustainable growth and business evolution.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding change strategies and helping teams successfully navigate complex transformations.
Design and facilitate high-impact leadership and team effectiveness interventions that improve alignment, accountability, collaboration, and performance.
Coach and challenge leaders to address organizational and team dynamics through targeted, data-driven approaches.
Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making by leveraging organizational health metrics, engagement insights, and people analytics.
Drive meaningful action from employee engagement and organizational insights, helping leaders enhance both employee experience and business outcomes.
Continuously evaluate the impact of organizational effectiveness initiatives, identifying innovative practices and opportunities to strengthen organizational capability across EMEA.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- 5–7+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organization Development, HR, or consulting, ideally within regional or global organizations.
- Proven experience leading organizational change, organization design, leadership development, or team effectiveness initiatives.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and HR teams.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate engagement data and people insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Expertise in driving organizational transformation and implementing sustainable change.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Additional European language(s) are an advantage.
