As our Sales Representative, you will own and grow your territory by delivering strong commercial performance while positioning our brands as trusted solutions for healthcare professionals. Your impact will go beyond sales, contributing to better patient outcomes through insight-driven, value-based engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute a smart territory plan with clear priorities, segmentation, and visit strategy
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality, compliant product presentations tailored to customer needs
• Identify opportunities to grow your business through market insights and competitor awareness
• Drive consistent activity levels, ensuring impactful and well-prepared customer interactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategy and maximize brand performance
• Proactively report insights and recommend actions to continuously improve results

What you will bring to the role

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a commercial or sales role within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare environment
• Ability to influence and build credibility with clinicians and key stakeholders
• Commercial mindset combined with strong analytical and planning skills
• High level of digital and IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office, multichannel engagement)
• A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude
