Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across products and sales territories.

  • Support incentive calculation and sales performance reporting.

  • Maintain and update customer and territory data to support SFE (SFE, Sales Force Effectiveness) initiatives.

  • Prepare regular Sales performance reports and dashboard.

  • Office Management: Manage incoming calls, visitor reception, and mail/parcel handling, Coordinate office supply procurement and inventory managemen.

  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance: Support laptop procurement and device setup for New joiners and leavers. 

  • Coordinate Company website maintenance with external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred 2–5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), commercial operations, sales data analysis, business support functions.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint skill sets are must to have 

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

  • Experience in sales performance analysis, incentive management, and commercial reporting is an advantage.

  • Experince in Office Management as Adminitrative work is a plus 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills & Communication skill
