• Develop and execute strategic territory/ account plans to meet and exceed financial KPI. 

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, healthcare services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital staff. 

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals through various communication methods. 

• Organize educational events and provide the following support. 

• Analyze market and competitor data to develop effective sales strategies. 

• Report timely manners for sales performance and market feedback to management. 

• Explain technical product details, clinical benefits, and therapeutic applications to help providers make informed decisions. 

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus. 

• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on Ophthalmology; respective therapeutic area experience is a plus. 

• Strong Sales, Negotiation, Presentation Skills: Persuade clients and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.  

• Excellent Communication: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations and communicate complex medical information effectively.  

• Medical Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical terminology, disease areas, and the products being promoted.  

• Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with healthcare professionals.  

• Organizational & Time Management: Manage a territory, plan visits, and coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
