The Logistics & Distribution Data Entry Planner will provide essential administrative and data-management support to ensure smooth daily operations within the supply chain. This role focuses on accurate data entry, documentation handling, shipment updates, and coordination support for both logistics and distribution functions. He/She will ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely execution of supply chain operations across the region. Responsible for providing structured administrative and data-management support to the Logistics, Distribution, and Planning teams, enabling reliable shipment execution, inventory uploading, and adherence to operational timelines. The role serves as a key coordination and communication link between Local Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams across all countries, Regional Planners, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring information is consistently updated, aligned, and communicated in a timely manner.
Job Description
What you will do
System & Data Management: Execute accurate data entry for POs, shipments, and goods receipts in ERP/Cloudia systems, ensuring 100% consistency between digital records and physical documents.
Inbound Logistics Coordination: Proactively manage customs clearance by screening vendor documents and import licenses, coordinating with brokers and distributors to ensure timely warehouse delivery.
Regional Performance Tracking: Maintain shipment trackers and update monthly OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and excess pallet reports for multiple affiliate markets (e.g., KR, VN, TH, PH, SG, MY).
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and distribute critical shipping documents (AWB, PL, CoC) to MTO markets while ensuring strict adherence to GDP/GMP standards and internal SOPs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams (QA, Finance, Planning) to provide real-time shipment status and resolve documentation gaps.
Operational Support & Audit Readiness: Assist with logistics cost verification, damage reporting, and administrative filing to maintain complete document traceability for audit preparation.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong proficiency in data entry, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
