Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive omni channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and adapts to the unique characteristics of Asia market.
- Create a regional “plug and play” campaign customized for P&Os and strengthen brand recommendation. The campaign delivered to local countries must be flawlessly executed minimizing usage of local time and resources ensuring full alignment of regional strategy.
- Develop comprehensive consumer-focused marketing strategies that enhance awareness, drive engagement across various consumer touchpoints, motivate them to purchase whether online or in store and ensure an exceptional customer experience thorough out the journey.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to maximize product penetration and revenue growth.
- Initiate family branding for existing consumer portfolio to increase brand recognition and equity across regions and build consumer loyalty.
- Identify trends, opportunities and consumer unmet needs that will potentially fill in the gaps and help improve the consumer’s quality of life.
- Lead the strategic planning and launch execution of the new consumer product to ensure successful entry into the market.
Qualifications
- A university degree in science, pharmacy, or business related is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience in pharmacy, pharma-consumer/OTC, pharma-consumer business area.
- OTC Digial Marketing experince is a must to have
- Asia Regional marketing experience is a must to have
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, technologies, and trends, with a focus on patient-centric solutions.
- Experience developing creative and media briefs, and the ability to evaluate agency outputs.
- Experience in Digital media (digital advertising, SEO and social media). If he/she has the experience with e-commerce is an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a regional position with remote work flexibility, open only to candidates located in Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines.
