Job Description

- Develops and maintains relationship between Santen and our customers, including doctors, nurses

and other healthcare professionals, maintain customer satisfaction No. 1 among competitors

- Develops strategy and achieves sales target of the assigned territory

- Responsible products: Full line RX products

 

Driving Sales Results:

- Approach healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, etc.) in hospitals and clinics to

introduce Santen products. Initiate and implement sales activities based on compliance rules, as well

as follow-up actions.

- Achieve sales objectives of assigned product portfolio and territory.

- Initiate, implement and follow up sales activities and logistics effectively and professionally

- Regularly visit, consult and explain the key features and benefits of Santen products to enable

doctors to understand how to use them in patient prescriptions.

- Efficient account management, protect legacy products, and maximize listing opportunities for new

products.

- Provide insights and sound counterarguments regarding competitor differences

- Proactively collects market and competitor information and share with internal stakeholders at high

accuracy.

- Strong salesmanship with good analytical skills.

- Strong desire to excel and win.

- Pursue industry leadership.

- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Internal Collaborations:

- Ensure customer satisfaction with Santen products, services, coverage, professional support, etc.

- Support in the implementation of the marketing strategy through participation in conferences,

symposium, product launches and other awareness-building events. Execute marketing strategies to

extend business, able to make individual and group presentations.

- KOL management: manage key accounts, deliver scientific/product messages to doctors, build

relationships with KOLs and find listing opportunity in medical institutions.

- Make effort to obtain and improve the necessary knowledge and skills on sales and treatment

practice and products by company training and team learning as well as self-studying.

- Work as a team across Santen Pharmaceutical TW

- Serve as a role model for other reps within Santen, demonstrating commitment to Santen's vision and

values.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, science discipline will be an advantage

- Must have at least 2 years as a Medical Representative in pharmaceutical company.

- Understands medical and healthcare industry

- Proactive, positive, strategic and result-oriented

- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

- Good problem-solving abilities

- Mature and can work independently for business objectives and customer satisfaction

- Also work as good team player to achieve common goals

- Familiar with PC software

- Experience in both hospital and GP channels
