PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Proposes periodical sales target and sales activities plan to Sales Manager for assigned products and hospitals.
- Visit target customers in order to promote and sales both newly launched and/or existing assigned products. And be able to overcome all objections/ threats in territories such as Tender, e-bidding, new purchasing policy, median price policy which affect to their hospitals
- Attends various cycle meeting to discuss and share information on sales-related issues encountered and solutions required, and to be trained on the new and existing assigned products and be able to adapt to their customers
- Coordinates with sales team members to conduct or to attend sales activities ie. product exhibition booths, product presentation, conference meeting, etc.
Job Description
- Engage with ophthalmologist and ophthalmology department especially in teaching hospital in order to build trust and partnership with them because these hospitals are the reference hospitals of the country.
- Seize opportunities for Santen business such as focus on new product listing in potential hospitals that Santen did not have business before.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
- Experience as Sales professionals minimum for three (3) years.
- Knowledge of selling skill, presentation skill, strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving thinking.
- Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and high spirit of teamwork.
- Has work experience in Ramathibodi Hospital
