Job Description

Job Summary

As the Business Partner for Corporate Function, you will drive transformation and support business process excellence through leveraging digital and IT solutions in Corporate Function such as Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance with Finance as main focus area.

You will lead system lifecycle management (plan, design, implementation, operation), closely collaborate with Business teams, DIT teams and partner with vendors to ensure to the success of core business goals. You will also partner with stakeholders in the respective business area to clarify business issues and  themes, and manage the portfolio and roadmap of the activities related to digital and IT solutions to maximize expected business values.

Description

  • Lead and transform solutions in Corporate Function area especially Finance as main focus area such as SAP ERP Finance, Concur for expense management, Coupa for indirect procurement, VIM for vendor invoice management, TIS/FIS for treasury, etc. in accordance with business and technology priorities.
    In addition to Finance, support solutions for other areas in Corporate Function such as SuccessFactors for HR,  etc. in collaboration with stakeholders and depending on priorities.
  • Responsible for application maintenance and support for Corporate Function IT solution and is expected to deliver business continuity leveraging external system integration partners.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Digital & IT roadmaps in alignment with business strategic plans within Corporate Function in global and region to maximize investment values.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and closing Digital & IT projects to realize business goals in corporation with the business/IT functions and partner vendors.
  • Responsible for transition of solutions to service operation functions while developing system operation plan and providing knowledge transfer in corporate with the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for taking part and/or coordinating to analyze, design, implement, and test change requests and resolve escalated incidents in corporate with the business/IT functions and partner vendors, while reporting the Value Stream Lead and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate and harmonize with other Digital & IT functions to maximize business values while ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, security, and technology standards
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise in Corporate Function to identify and solve complex issues and/or challenges in development and delivery of new and existing solutions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of leading global applications and transformation delivery.
  • Experience of implementation and/or maintenance of Finance IT solutions.
  • Experience in project management and external vendor management
  • (Preferred) PMP or equivalent certification
