The core objective of this role is to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine skills gaps/learning needs, design training standard structure and develop high-quality learning materials, partner with external vendors and/or manage the content production process internally. The role is primarily focused on supporting divisional trainers. Learning Management System (Adobe Captivate Prime) and to maximize the features of the platform to support training effectiveness and business goals.

Major Job Duties include:  

• Work in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and manage the design and development process of training content leveraging a variety of media and diverse technological options. 

• Broaden the scope of traditional instructor-led training into a blended learning approach combining self-managed learning, live training, and social learning that bring learning program improvements. 

• Drive change of mindset from the passive learning experience with low levels of engagement and poor learning transfer into an interactive experience that meets the learning objectives of a course. 

Responsibilities include:  

As an Instructional Designer 

• Support SMEs to translate their blended curriculums into ACP features leveraging all its potential and creating a smooth and seamless experience for the learner. 

• Map out and design the learning experience along with SME on the learning objectives and ensure that source content has a positive learning impact on the audience. 

• Create Learning Paths (curriculums) throughout the ADDIE instructional design model for specifications such as audience, learnin g outcomes and curation of content. 

• Master learning software (Captivate 2019, Storyline, Rise) to design learning experiences based on theories relevant to adult digital learning and learning through the lens of Bloom’s Taxonomy aiming for an “action-based learning”. 

• Ensure all training assets meet Quality System, Compliance and Legal requirements with Approve PSST submissions, uploading and updating into ACP. 

• Upload the Sales Training content provided by every divisional sales training leader for EMEA and guarantee the compliance with QARA. 

• Designs, implements, and supports the development and use of learning assessment methodologies and tools. 

As an LMS Administrator:  

• Manage the complex process of reporting, dashboard creations in the LMS and Power BI Business/Learning Analytics. 

• Remain accountable to help Authors, Instructors, and Learners with any issues as LMS Platform users. 

• Support for Authoring tool and packages implementations for Divisional Instructional Designers and trainers to implement the best learning practices (CoP). 

• Learning Paths, Courses and Certifications instance creations and enroll learners 

• Provide the backend support to Instructors (Field Trainers) and to Authors (Training Managers) when conducting ILT (F2F), VILT (Virtual Classrooms) and Activity formats training. 

• Measures and track the effectiveness of learning programs (Kirkpatrick model).

Must-Have:

• BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience required.
• 1 -3 years of instructional design or technical writing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with project management and instructional learning design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Technical expertise with Adobe Captivate, Brainshark, Articulate Storyline, and other visual instructional design and UX design experience technologies
