Job Description

Sandisk is seeking a highly strategic and externally focused Senior Lead, Brand Management, Partnerships and Alliances, Americas to lead the development, governance, and activation of our partner ecosystem across the Americas. This role sits within the integrated regional marketing organization and is responsible for building a scalable, insight-driven alliances strategy that accelerates brand growth, category leadership, and demand generation for the region.

As a senior leader within the team, this individual will own key partner relationships across camera manufacturers, gaming platforms, NAS partners, and licensed brands—while shaping how Sandisk authentically engages across creator, gaming, influencer, and professional imaging communities. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with strong cross-functional influence across sales, retail, e-tail, and global business development teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of global partnership and alliance strategies for the Americas region, defining priority verticals, partner tiers, and scalable frameworks for engagement

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact strategic partnerships across Imaging, Gaming, NAS, and Creator ecosystems

  • Act as the senior regional point of contact for key alliance partners, driving executive-level relationship management and long-term value creation

  • Translate global partnership frameworks into regionally relevant programs, while also influencing global teams with regional insights and opportunities

  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with top partners, including co-investment strategies, shared KPIs, and annual planning cycles

  • Drive integrated, full-funnel co-marketing programs across retail (Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco etc.), e-tail (Amazon), social, and influencer channels across the Americas

  • Partner closely with sales and retail marketing to embed alliances into in-store execution, promotions, and merchandising strategies

  • Develop and scale experiential activations (trade shows, creator events, gaming tournaments, partner-led moments) that elevate brand presence and engagement

  • Oversee partnership budgets, co-marketing funds, and investment allocation to maximize ROI and efficiency

  • Establish measurement frameworks to track partner performance, contribution to revenue, and brand impact

  • Mentor and influence cross-functional teams, acting as a thought leader on partnerships, creator ecosystems, and emerging industry trends

What Success Looks Like

  • A clearly defined, scalable partnerships framework driving consistency and growth across the Americas

  • Strong executive-level relationships with priority alliance partners

  • High-performing co-marketing programs delivering measurable impact across retail, e-commerce, and brand channels

  • Seamless integration of partnerships into regional go-to-market strategies and retail execution

  • Tangible contribution of alliances to revenue growth, market share, and brand equity

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or strategic marketing roles within consumer electronics, gaming, or adjacent industries

  • Proven ability to build and scale partnership programs that drive measurable business outcomes across multiple channels

  • Strong experience in omnichannel marketing, including retail, e-commerce, and digital/social ecosystems

  • Demonstrated success managing senior external stakeholders and negotiating complex partnership agreements

  • Experience integrating partnerships into major retail and e-tail environments, including co-marketing and promotional execution

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and business case development

  • Deep interest in creator culture, gaming, imaging, and emerging content platforms

Preferred:

  • Background in gaming, esports, imaging/photo/video ecosystems

  • Experience working in global organizations with regional localization responsibilities
