Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly reliable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Procurement & Logistics Officer (CPLO). This role is essential to ensuring clarity, prioritization, and operational flow across a complex global organization undergoing strategic transformation. 

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CPLO, strengthening executive effectiveness, improving coordination across internal teams, and enabling disciplined execution across the Procurement & Logistics organization. They will also play an influential role within Sandisk’s broader executive administrative team, collaborating closely with other leaders and administrative professionals across the organization. 

This role requires exceptional judgment, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar & Scheduling 

  • Manage and prioritize a dynamic, global calendar for the CPLO. 

  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Logistics, and Procurement leadership teams to secure aligned meeting windows. 

  • Ensure agendas, readouts, and briefing materials are prepared in advance for executive meetings and business travel. 

  • Guard executive time by triaging incoming requests and aligning priorities to business needs. 

Meeting & Event Support 

  • Coordinate internal leadership meetings, cross-functional reviews, supplier meetings, and offsites. 

  • Prepare meeting packets, pre-reads, and action trackers. 

  • Support on-the-ground logistics for key events, reviews, and supplier engagements. 

  • Maintain follow-through by ensuring action items are captured and routed to owners. 

Communication & Approvals 

  • Act as a proxy for routine communications, approvals, and inquiries. 

  • Manage approval workflows (e.g., purchase orders, travel, expense, HR forms) in line with organizational policies. 

  • Draft meeting summaries and ensure follow-up actions reach accountable owners. 

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle executive-level communications with clarity and professionalism. 

  • Redirect routine matters to appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up. 

Travel Management 

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and documentation. 

  • Provide real-time support for changes, delays, or urgent itinerary adjustments. 

Operational & Tool Management 

  • Prepare expense reports and partner with the Procurement Operations and Finance teams on purchase orders, vendor engagement processes, and system workflows. 

  • Partner with technical support teams to ensure seamless use of technology in meetings and events. 

  • Troubleshoot tools used for meetings, collaboration, and reporting. 

  • Maintain structured document repositories aligned to Procurement & Logistics governance. 

Project & Initiative Support 

  • Support the CPLO on cross-functional projects by gathering inputs, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking milestones. 

  • Partner with Finance, HR, Logistics, and Digital Transformation teams during budgeting cycles, operating plan phases, and organizational updates. 

  • Conduct light research and prepare summaries for executive decision-making. 

Leadership & Team Collaboration 

  • Serve as a central coordination point across the Procurement & Logistics administrative community. 

  • Share best practices, support continuity plans, and strengthen administrative team cohesion. 

  • Cascade communications and help drive alignment across the administrative network supporting Operations. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in a public company, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex global calendars and multi-leg travel. 

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information. 

SKILLS:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills. 

  • Collaborative, dependable, and proactive workstyle. 

  • Professional presence and ability to represent the CPLO’s office effectively. 

  • Values-driven, ethical, respectful, and inclusive in all interactions. 

Additional Expectations 

  • Flexibility to support early morning or evening meetings across global time zones. 

  • Occasional travel for leadership meetings and global Procurement & Logistics reviews.

  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws.  You may also be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the shift to which you are assigned.
