1. Perform failure analysis on memory product defects, including defining and optimizing FA flow, generating detailed reports, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify root causes.
2. Maintain and update FA tracking sheets, oversee equipment maintenance and develop innovative FA processes and capabilities for new products and emerging technologies.
3. Lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical issues, design and conduct experiments to validate failure mechanisms, and analyze trends to recommend process improvements.
4. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to enhance FA capabilities and adopt industry best practices.
5. Mentor junior engineers, contribute to the development of new FA tools and techniques, and stay current with advancements in semiconductor technology.
6. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to management and stakeholders on FA findings and recommendations, ensuring clear communication of complex issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Above 3 years of relevant experience in FA engineering field
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
3. Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, memory product technology, and structure.
4. Thorough understanding of memory product test processes and methodologies.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in performing failure analysis using advanced tools and methodologies, including EFA, OBIRCH, EMMI, Delayering, SEM with EDX, or FIB/TEM.
6. Superior communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
7. Familiarity with memory theory and electrical failure analysis preferred.
8. Experience in NAND Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and 3D NAND fabrication processes preferred
