Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As the KAM Brazil, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships in the Brazilian market, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts in Brazil
- Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of client issues
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions and address concerns
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Brazilian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
SKILLS:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian business culture, practices, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
