At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will guide clients through the implementation of the Sana Commerce solution, helping them integrate our software with their existing systems and processes. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to configure the platform, resolve challenges, and ensure each implementation is delivered efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing our state-of-the-art e-commerce solution (Sana Commerce) for clients positioned globally.
• Carrying out functional testing throughout the implementation process to ensure the solution meets requirements.
• Delivering user training to clients and providing guidance on the effective adoption of SaaS-based solutions.
• Reporting project progress to the Project Manager and maintaining and updating project reporting documentation.
• Collaborating closely with technical teams, developers, and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities.
• Providing support to customers during the implementation.
• Supporting and guiding customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Keeping up to date with new functionality introduced in the latest product releases.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in implementing software solutions, preferably in ERP or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP is an added advantage.
• Should possess excellent communication skill in English.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of B2B e-commerce processes
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is considered an advantage.
