Job Description

The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee the creation and execution of demand generation and demand-capturing initiatives that drive qualified leads, sales pipeline growth, and new business MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). This role will require a deep understanding of paid media channels, a proven track record of success in driving results with paid media, and experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of 7 professionals 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid media channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads 

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI (Return on Investment) 

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand-generation and demand-capturing campaigns 

  • Work closely with the sales and other marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue 

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts 

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges 

  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts 

  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools 

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in demand generation 

  • Present and report on demand generation results to stakeholders 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads 

  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership and management 

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software 

  • Proven track record of driving business results with paid media, including increased qualified leads, sales pipeline growth, and new business MRR growth 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

  • Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals and best practices 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 

  • A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field 

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing data and making data-driven decisions 

  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau, is a plus
