As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Sana Commerce, your primary mission will be to drive quality and efficiency of the global sales, customer success and marketing organizations, which ultimately contributes to customer retention and revenue growth. In this role, you'll be reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue & Business Operations, and be a part of the global Revenue Excellence & Operations team (including Enablement, Operations, and Intelligence).

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Being responsible for the following tools in your portfolio: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, Zendesk;
  • Optimizing and ensuring quality by proactively identifying and implementing improvements and automation;
  • Identifying and raising possible improvements in commercial tools and processes in the Corporate RevOps team; 
  • Being the field expert on process automation and Power Automate and sharing your knowledge regarding these topics with the RevOps team and business stakeholders; 
  • Setting, monitoring and optimizing KPIs and SLAs for internal DevOps processes in consultation with the Global Revenue Operations team. 

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial operations (e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue, Sales departments);
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automat, PowerBi and SQL skills; 
  • Understanding of commercial technology and processes; 
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
