As a Revenue Excellence Manager at Sana Commerce, you will be a key member of our Revenue Excellence and Operations team. Your role will involve partnering with our sales and marketing leaders to drive productivity, insights, and analytics, and manage sales performance. You will contribute to the development of sales assets, analytics, programs, and process improvement initiatives globally, ensuring actionable sales insights, productivity improvement, and risk mitigation in relation to targets.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving sales growth through business planning. Partnering with sales & marketing leadership globally on the outlook and performance of the business and leveraging business insights to benchmark performance and make suggestions on current and future actions based on key drivers, opportunities, and/or risks;
  • Building sales & marketing productivity assets (e.g. pricing, target account sales), facilitating business and funnel reviews, representing analytics requirements and needs of sales teams to cross-functional partners
  • Conducting deep dive analysis on global Revenue performance and building narratives and forecasts in partnership with regional revenue leaders;
  • Managing global revenue projects that deliver revenue/sales capacity, capabilities, and initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Working with cross-functional partners across revenue operations, data science, finance, sales & marketing leadership teams to identify programs and needed assets to drive revenue productivity;
  • Identifying  opportunities for process improvement and work closely with global Revenue Operations teams to develop and prioritize sales process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business management/marketing or related field; 
  • At least 5+ years of experience in revenue excellence, sales operations, revenue operations, and/or go-to-market strategy disciplines;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing revenue and growth strategies for multi-product SaaS or eCommerce/FinTech businesses;
  • Excellent analytical skills - you are able to dissect a sales forecast and identify the implications, risks, and inconsistencies and identify where actions/programs/analysis are needed; 
  • Experience with sales and analytics applications (MS Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,  Showpad, Outreach, PowerBI) with SQL skills a “nice to have”.
