At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Head of Marketing Intelligence to enable the Marketing Team to increase the impact on pipeline and revenue by collecting and analyzing data on external trends, competitors, and market opportunities. You will own the lead process, measurement plans and data infrastructure which should lead to an increasing performance and cost efficiency. You will also own the ICP and database by ensuring it is up to date, accurate and is ready to be used by all commercial departments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establishing yourself as a strategic business partner to the executive team and the global sales, marketing & partner organization;
  • Identifying market opportunities to continuously gain in-depth understanding of trends which are relevant to the ecosystem and channel we operate in;
  • Tracking and measuring result accuracy on all marketing activities and translating these insights into pro-active advice for marketing leaders to optimize their tactics;
  • Managing the ICP definition and ensuring the correct use of this definition in all marketing activities;
  • Ensuring the correctness and size of the ICP database by working together with a team of lead agents and providing structure and automations; 
  • Enabling the marketing organization to be more efficient and successful in their marketing efforts by providing insight on (cost) effectiveness.

Job Description

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 6 years in Marketing Intelligence or Marketing Operations;
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Attribution Management, ABM platform, Marketing Automation, and Google Analytics;
  • Strong understanding of the more commercial tech stack such as CMS and PowerBI;
  • Prior technical experience with coding is a preferred;
  • Strong communication skills: you are able to communicate in a clear and understandable way and capable of communicating with international colleagues across departments and the globe.
