Job Description

We are looking for a driven people manager for the EMEA region to grow the team and generate revenue for the region. In the position of Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in building, training, and coaching a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to help us achieve our goals for the EMEA market. You will be reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborate closely with our Sales Managers (Americas and APAC) and Head of Business Development.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring a team of BDRs and AEs to help them achieve their targets and grow as professionals
  • Playing a key role in growing the team
  • Working closely with our CRO, Sales Manager Americas, Sales Manager APAC, and Head of Business Development on the strategic outlook of your team
  • Growing the new business revenue in the EMEA region
  • Building out the pipeline
  • Individually driving larger deals

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience. You have 5 years of sales experience (ideally with both lead generation and closing) within a IT/Teach/SaaS environment, of which at least 2 year of managing a commercial team and ideally experience in managing managers.
  • Leadership skills. You value the people that make up your team and you're prepared to mentor and support them in their professional journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills. You have strong English language skills and can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation. You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen.
  • Commercial mindset. You have a passion for negotiating the best possible outcome for external and internal stakeholders.
