Your job

As a corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle – from requisition to new hire. Since we are an international organization you will be looking for new talent for our global organisation. You will be also working on innovation and training with your recruiter colleagues in the United States, Dubai, Ukraine, and Sri Lanka.

  • You will do the job intake with the Hiring Manager, writing the job descriptions, select the best candidates, and celebrate your new hires;
  • You have a creative mind, so you also try different things to get in contact with the right candidates; with social advertisements, by organizing interesting events or you start an effective referral campaign amongst our employees!
  • You will also conduct (video) interviews and deliver an excellent candidate experience to all candidates during the recruitment process;
  • Employer Branding: Social Media, organizing campus events!

What you bring along

  • Obtained at least a Bachelor Degree;
  • At least 1 year of agency/corporate recruitment experience within a business environment;
  • Based and eligible to work in the Netherlands – you willing to commute to our headquarters in Rotterdam 3 times a week;
  • Communicative skills. You speak and write fluently in English. You are great at understanding the candidate's and managers' needs and know how to look for the ‘question behind the question’. You leave no room for interpretation.
