Job Description

With our growth marketing team growing rapidly we are now looking for a Junior Scrum Master with excellent organisational skills to manage the different scopes and timelines for various projects. In this position you will be part of our growth marketing team and reporting directly to our Head of Growth Marketing. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth planning and coordination of projects, sprints and retrospectives.

 

Overall, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach and guide the team in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Point of contact for internal communications
  • Work together with the Head of Growth Marketing to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
  • Help the team to implement changes effectively
  • Ensure the deliverables are up to the quality standard at the end of each sprint
  • Help manage each project’s scope and timeline
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a scrum master role
  • Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Experience in growth/digital marketing is an advantage
