Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle. This means you will collaborate with Hiring Managers on identifying their hiring needs to writing inspiring job descriptions and selecting the best candidates!

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Corporate Recruiter to help us finding new talent. You enjoy closing your own vacancies and support your colleagues by coaching them and giving them advice. Sharing your knowledge and challenging your colleague recruiters and hiring managers ernergizes you! You take the lead and likes to work on both strategic and operational level!

What you bring along: 

  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Taking ownership and make it happen.
  • Self-starter with a “can do” personality.
  • Fun to work with and result driven at the same time!
  • Perfect English communication skills.
  • (a mix of corporate and) agency recruitment experience is a plus
