Sana Commerce is a global eCommerce solutions provider, based in The Netherlands.  ISM APAC (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo (Sana Commerce Sri Lanka) has around 200 IT Professionals with whom we build innovative eCommerce platforms for the market of  USA, Europe, and APAC region.

The challenge:

Manage multiple projects with an in-house team and fulfill the execution of these projects with excellent quality, scope and budget management. 

Your main responsibilities:

• help our customers to successfully implement our state of the art ecommerce solution 
• Manage the project from end to end(implementation, requirements gathering, customization and aftercare)
• Be a single point of contact for customers while coordinating with various internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with careful attention and focus
• Define priorities, plan, review and deliver the work, improve processes where needed
• Establish project’s steps and milestones, keep control of the scope and the budget, manage risks
• Lead the project, communicate frequently with the clients, understand their needs and meet their requirements, manage deliverables on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in software project management/ Software implementation
• Strong knowledge in software implementation process
• English working proficiency
• Excellent communication skills

It's a plus if you have:

• Master Degree or equivalent
• PMP Certification
• Previous experience in implementation
• Knowledge on ERP
